The Dee-Cecil calendar is a modification of the Dee calendar which is identical to it except for being one day off. It is named for William Cecil, the treasurer of Queen Elizabeth I, who believed that ten, rather than eleven, days should have been dropped in correcting from the Julian calendar[1].
