It is a Lunisolar Calendar with a perpetual annual structure that preserves the 7-Day Market Week in such a manner that there will be no disruption in implementing it beginning December 22nd 2012 CE.

Every Week, Month, Quarter and Year begin on a Saturday and end on Friday.

With the exception of Weekdays, each time period is determined numerically, such that each community of calendar users can choose to name the months, years and so on, in keeping with each distinct cosmology.
